INTEGRATIVE PSYCHIATRY & WELLNESS · TEXAS
A Brighter Path
Forward.
Modern, integrative psychiatry for high-functioning adults who are ready to go beyond managing symptoms - toward genuine clarity, balance, and lasting well-being.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You look fine from the outside.
You know the truth.
Many high-functioning adults carry invisible weight - anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or the lingering effects of past experiences - while continuing to show up perfectly for everyone around them. If that resonates, you are in the right place.
Anxiety and chronic stress that won't quiet down
Burnout from years of performing for everyone else
Feeling stuck despite outward success
Depression and a loss of motivation or joy
Trauma that still shows up, even after all this time
Difficulty setting limits and protecting your energy
ADHD — focus, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation
Perfectionism and relentless self-criticism
Life transitions that have left you unmoored

If you've been showing up for everyone else but finding it harder to show up for yourself, I want you to know there is a path back to feeling like "you" again.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in integrative psychiatry, I bring a warm, thorough, and collaborative approach. My role is to guide you toward wellness using a root-cause approach - looking at the full picture of who you are.
HOW WE WORK
The Lumos Approach
Root-Cause Focused
We investigate the deeper biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors driving your struggles — not just the symptoms on the surface.
Whole-Person Care
Sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindset are woven into every treatment plan — not treated as afterthoughts.
Deeply Personalized
Your plan is built from your story, your goals, and your values — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
A STORY YOU MAY RECOGNIZE
"On the surface, she had it all together. Behind the scenes, she was exhausted."
Sarah had a successful career, a busy social life, and was the person everyone relied on. But she spent her days battling anxiety, struggling to focus, and wondering why life felt so much harder for her than for everyone else.
Through personalized treatment at Lumos, she discovered her struggles were rooted in a combination of anxiety, untreated ADHD, and unprocessed past experiences. With the right support, Sarah began to feel like herself again. Her story is not unique — it is the story of many of our clients.
